At cush. sustainability and planet-friendly processes are at the heart of everything we do.

 

That’s why our products are made from responsibly sourced, cruelty-free,  natural fibres. You'll never find any animal product in any of our collections, and we will always choose natural over synthetic fibres where possible.

 

Our cushions are designed in-house, printed and hand-made in small batches. The vast majority of our studios, suppliers and makers are based in the north of England.

 

Our focus is on creating as little waste as possible, so instead of binning anything we always try to reuse or repurpose all waste during our design, sampling and production stages - including for our hand-made ribbon that attaches our tags to our cushions.

 

We love animals - our cushion pads are made from recycled plastic bottles which means we are cruelty-free and will never use any animal products in our store.

 

Even our tags are hand-made from meadow paper, and contain over 20 wildflower seed varieties, meaning they can be ripped up and planted!

 

All of our packaging is completely plastic free, and we use recycled paper wherever possible, including our tissue paper and mailer bags. Our branded tape uses environmentally friendly inks and is 100% paper based and fully recyclable.
