We are super excited to announce that we now ship worldwide, and offer free shipping on all UK orders.

 

At cush. we hope you are 100% happy with your order. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return something.

 

Full-priced goods may be returned and exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt provided they are in perfect condition with all original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Please be aware that we are not responsible for the cost of return postage unless goods are faulty or sent incorrectly. Please contact us if this should happen and we will be happy to help.

 

Please make sure you package any returns extremely securely to protect the product and that you use a signed for delivery service, including a reason for return. If products are not returned in a fully resalable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any items that may be lost in transit whilst being returned to us.

 

Please allow up to seven working days for us to process your refund once we receive the returned goods.
